⛔ No Returns for Personal Preferences

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Texture preferences
  • Color differences
  • Scent preferences
  • Over-activation or under-activation caused after delivery
  • Mishandling by the customer

Each slime is handmade and may vary slightly.

✔ When a Return or Refund Is Accepted

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product was received damaged
  • The product is defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

📌 Important:
You must complain within 48 hours after delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Complaints after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.
